Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY: - NO CALL, NO SHOWS will NOT be able to book future appointments with THE MANE. - You will NOT be charged if you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the set appointment time. Failure to cancel /reschedule at least 24 hours in advance will result in a charge of 50% of service and 100% of service for no call/no show. - You can reschedule your appointment through the email confirmation that is sent after booking or via text message.
